Falling under a loop of continuous improvement PDCA (Plan, Do, Chek and Act) and regarding the audit as a progrès source, the company through: The Complex El Outaya, the central laboratory, the saline one of Ouled Zouai, the distribution center of Annaba and the Quarter Head Constantine, were audited in follow-up 02 envisaged during the three years of validity of the Certificate ISO 9001.

The audit of follow-up 02 carried out by a person in charge for audit of group AFAQ/AFNOR - France -, made it possible to identify several strong points, of the significant points, the tracks of progress and (08) remarks. In addition, it is necessary to note the specifity of this last to that in the cycle of validity of the certificate, or the listener must evaluate the maturity of the SMQ of the company on the following points: the orientation customer - responsibilities for the direction

The system of management by the rocessus - improvement - the management of the resources, and this compared to the initial state (certification) and with follow-up 01, on the basis of grid of level of maturity, preestablished into three level, A (Implemented effective in improvement continues), B (Effectiveness confirmed in constant improvement) and it (Directed optimal performance). In any event, and independently of the number of the noted remarks, the system of management of quality of the company, and according to results' of the evaluation of maturity: 9B (3B+, 2B and 3B-) and 3A+, are in permanent improvement, tendency towards an optimal performance. With the exit of what, the committee of certification of group AFAQ/AFNOR decided the maintenance of the certificate.

Once again this success is not an end in itself, the improvement of the quality of the products and the satisfaction of the customers will remain always the absolute priorities of the company.
