ENASEL Training Center

The training policy followed by the Company meets two main objectives:

  • Consolidate what exist by improvement actions and retraining.
  • Accompany and facilitate changes through trainings leading to a qualification.
 

Training within ENASEL includes all fields: Trade, quality audit, production, maintenance, marketing, human resources and all socioprofessional categories.

To insure the training of its staff, generally the company calls on outer organizations: INPED, INT, CETIC, IFACT, SOFIM, etc

On-the-job trainings were insured by the General Manager and the officer in charge of Quality Management within the framework of the setting of the management quality system (ISO 9001 version 2000).

 
Infrastructures and potentialities

ENASEL has, for four years, a training center located in El Outaya (25 km from Biskra). The training, improvement and retraining actions are given in this center which disposes of:

  • Classroom (educational capacity 40 h / day)
  • Computer room fitted with 20 computers (with Internet and Intranet networks)
  • 06 double-bedded rooms
  • Dinning room
  • Common room
  • Recreational area
  • Car park

As part of its development strategy, ENASEL plans to extend the capacities of the center by fitting out another classroom and additional rooms.
